This section contains some Intellectual Property (IP) relating to BCIs. All of the IP on this page has been provided people who want to get more attention for their IP. If you have IP that relates to BCIs that you would like to include here, please contact us. Please note that we can only post IP that is otherwise publicly available.

These two patents are owned by UC San Diego:

Pineda, J.A., & Allison, B.Z. (2008). Method and system for a real time adaptive system for effecting changes in cognitive-emotive profiles. U.S. Patent Serial No. US 7,460,903. Washington, DC: United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Allison, B.Z., & Pineda, J.A. (2009). Communication methods based on brain computer interfaces. U.S. Patent Serial No. 7,546,158. Washington, DC: United States Patent and Trademark Office.

There are many other patents and other IP that involve BCIs and BNCIs, but, again, we will only put IP on this site when so requested by an authorized person. Since this site just went online on 30 April, we currently have no IP submitted to us except these two patents.
